Jeff Hodges

Jeff Hodges’ practice focuses on title examination and rendering advice to operators with respect to all manners of oil, gas and mineral law issues.

After graduating law school, Jeff was a field landman, a curative agent and legal counsel for a major land services company. He has rendered hundreds of title opinions in the Barnett Shale, Eagle Ford Shale and Permian Basin, and has conducted rapid due diligence operations for acquisitions.

A native Texan from Stephenville, Jeff is a member of the Houston Association of Professional Landmen, the West Houston Association of Professional Landmen, and the Oil, Gas, and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
