Throughout his career, Jeffrey Hubbard has managed and advised on multi-billion dollar oil and gas acquisitions and due diligence across the nation.
He boasts extensive experience gained as a field landman, oil and gas title examiner and attorney managing wide-ranging projects including abstracting, curative, title opinions and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions throughout Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Ohio and Mississippi. Much of his practice and field experience focus has lied within the Permian and Delaware basins in addition to the Barnett, Utica, and Marcellus Shales. Beyond title examination Jeff also engages in extensive transactional work on behalf of clients, including: drafting leases, assignments, PSAs, surface-use and various agreements affecting the acquisition and ownership of oil and gas properties. Mr. Hubbard received his B.A. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008. Thereafter, he graduated from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center and was admitted into the State Bar of Texas in 2012.
