Lorena Zapata

Lorena Zapata is a Texas native and bilingual in English and Spanish.

She earned her B.A. and M.A. in Political Science at Texas A&M International University. After earning her masters degree, she attended the University of Houston Law Center (UHLC) where she obtained her J.D. in 2019. While attending law school, she was a member of the UHLC Moot Court Team and the Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law.

After graduating law school, Lorena worked at ConocoPhillips as an in-house Landman for three years. Here, she worked on a variety of projects in the Eagle Ford region.

Out side of the office, Lorena enjoys spending time with her family and reading a good novel.
