Lori is an experienced civil litigator focused on contractual disputes and negotiation. Her expertise is backed by a decade of litigation and transactional experience and five years of title practice.

Prior to joining Kuiper Law Firm, she managed a multi-million-dollar litigation portfolio for a prominent law firm in Houston, Texas, where she concentrated on the recovery of unpaid contracts for corporate clients. Lori has also successfully represented her clients in arbitration. She joined Kuiper Law Firm in July 2019 and serves as the firm’s General Counsel and in December 2022, was promoted to Partner at Kuiper Law Firm. She has done outstanding work managing the firm’s transactional and commercial portfolios. She also serves as General Counsel for The Adam McCauley Family Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting families affected by terminal illness.

Lori was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She attended Tulane University in New Orleans where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2009. She returned to Houston and earned a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2013.
