Sarah Smith

Sarah has been practicing Oil and Gas Law since 2011, with prior experience in the areas of real estate and probate.

Sarah’s experience includes the examination of mineral title in the Utica, Marcellus, Eagle Ford, Permian, Niobrara and Bakken shale plays as well as the preparation of numerous Original Drilling, Supplemental, and Division Order Title Opinions. In addition to dealing with complex ownership affecting mineral and royalty estates and leaseholds held by production, Sarah has experience drafting curative instruments and providing services for private land and mineral owners in connection with the purchase and sale of mineral interests.

Sarah is a native of Northeast Ohio and a graduate of The Ohio State University.  She currently resides in San Antonio and enjoys traveling and exploring outdoors with her fiancé and their son.
