Travis Teague
Travis Teague focuses on both litigation and transactional work in the energy industry.
Travis has acted as corporate attorney and general counsel for various oil and gas companies. Since 2006 he has overseen numerous acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and internal corporate matters. He has been the lead attorney for numerous clients in complex litigation in California, federal court, and overseen litigation as general counsel.
Travis obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California Polytechnic – San Luis Obispo. After undergrad he worked for a financial services firm before going to Southern Methodist University and earning a J.D. With both his finance background and time as general counsel, Travis brings a business centered approach to serving clients with a focus on the bottom line.
Travis was admitted to the bar in California in 2006 where he practiced for the first five years of his legal career. In 2011 he relocated in a corporate move to Dallas Texas, where he and his family currently reside.
