Houston, TX – Kuiper Law Firm, PLLC is proud to announce that Alexander Kuiper, Managing Partner at Kuiper Law Firm PLLC, has been appointed to be an instructor for The American Association of Professional Landmen’s Renewable Energy Certificate Program.

AAPL’s Renewable Energy Certificate Program offers participants the opportunity to earn a certificate of completion for each e-learning module, and at the completion of all modules, a Renewable Energy Certificate is issued. These courses include learning modules on solar energy, wind energy, the role of mining in the renewable industry, carbon capture, and more.

Kuiper will be the instructor for the ‘Case Law’ portion. The purpose of this session is to understand and classify the common renewable energy sources and identify key legal issues and challenges from case law pertaining to each of the renewable energy sources.
