Firm Update! We are excited to announce that we’ve upgraded our Denver office to a larger, shinier new location. We haven’t moved far – we’re still in the same building – but our new space will allow us to accommodate our growing Denver team and support our continued expansion.

Our Denver team is looking forward to the new opportunities and growth that are to come in 2023. Our Partner, Bresee Carlson, attended law school at the Sturm College of Law in Denver, CO with aspirations of providing guardian ad litem services for Colorado children. Her practice has focused on land and title related oil and gas issues across the Rocky Mountain producing states. Bresee is an adjunct professor of Oil & Gas Law at Western Colorado University in Gunnison, Colorado, sits on the board of Energy Strong, and is actively engaged in the DAPL, WAPL, and RMMLF.

Angela Quint is a Senior Associate at Kuiper Law Firm and is a solution-oriented bi-lingual attorney and business professional, with a comprehensive background in trial litigation, compliance and privacy review, business development, and team leadership.

Joshua Murphy is an Associate and received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Joshua has an extensive background in a variety of fields. Prior to joining Kuiper, Josh worked as a title landman, where he analyzed mineral and leasehold interests on federal, fee, and state lands. Josh also worked for a boutique natural resources firm handling oil and gas title matters.

Colleen Campbell is the Office Manager in the Denver office. She has over 7 years’ experience in Executive Assistant duties for Oil & Gas companies. Colleen also has a background in marketing, promotions, and event planning, which she greatly enjoys. She helps coordinate day-to-day functions and makes it possible for Kuiper Law Firm to work diligently with our clients and other Kuiper Law Firm offices.
