Neal has over ten years of Land and Acquisitions and Divestitures experience mainly focused in the Permian Basin. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Vice President of Land and Business Development for Lilis Energy, Inc. a publicly traded pure-play Delaware Basin operator. Prior to Lilis, Neal spent several years in various roles at Occidental Petroleum’s Land Department. Neal holds a M.B.A. in Energy and Finance from the University of Houston, a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Baylor University and a Certified Professional Landman designation with the A.A.P.L.
